A message from Patsy Doerr
Founder, Principal Consultant
PS: Don’t forget to read more about my career experiences on LinkedIn.
As an experienced female executive, thought leader, and mother of two, I feel a great sense of responsibility in levering my privilege to create a better world for future generations. This is why I founded Change for Social Good.
In setting an example for our youth — especially young women and girls — I hope to inspire hope, optimism, and a deeper sense of responsibility in creating a better world. Acting on our shared values for positive change will also help bring us closer together.
The path may not always be easy and the challenges are many, but our partnership will demonstrate how diversity of thought, the exchange of ideas, and innovation can drive positive social change.
Let’s collaborate!

“We all want to have something to offer. This is how we belong. It’s how we feel included. So if we want to include everyone, then we have to help everyone develop their talents and use their gifts for the good of the community. That’s what inclusion means – everyone is a contributor."
Melinda Gates,
Philanthropist & former GM at Microsoft -
"To build and sustain brands people love and trust, one must focus-not only on today but also on tomorrow. It's not easy...but balancing the short and long term is key to delivering sustainable, profitable growth-growth that is good for our shareholders but also good for our consumers, our employees, our business partners, the communities where we live and work, and the planet we inhabit."
Irene Rosenfeld,
former CEO Kraft Foods -
"In my view the successful companies of the future will be those that integrate business and employees' personal values. The best people want to do work that contributes to society with a company whose values they share, where their actions count and their views matter."
Jeroen van der Veer,
Committee of Managing Directors (Shell)
